Lisa Hayles is the Managing Director of Western Dance Group, Owner of Green Tree Dance Studio, Executive Producer of the Tropical Delight Showcase, Field Engineer Technician for Ericsson Jamaica, Owner of Quality Painting and National Director of the World Championships of Performing Arts, Jamaica.
Lisa was born on November 17th, 1973 and grew up in St James. Over the years she has studied in different tertiary institutions such as Edna Manley College of The visual and Performing Arts where she did a certificate course in Dance, Montego Bay Community College and University of Technology where she studied Engineering. She has been employed to Cable & Wireless (Lime) and now Ericsson for the past 20 years.
Lisa is a lover of the performing arts which sees her as an integral part of the Tourism Entertainment Landscape. There is hardly a night when one of her talents does not perform in a resort. She graduated from being a dancer, to being the Managing Director of the Western Dance Group. Under that umbrella she manages Singers, Dancers, Acrobats, Fire Dancers, Drummers and many more novelty acts. She is also the owner of Green Tree Dance Studio where she hosts dancercise classes five days per week. She conceptualized and is the Executive Producer of a new entertainment product called Tropical Delight Showcase which is currently being mounted. In 2011 Lisa was the Administrator for the Miss Teen World Pageant. She is also a staple at the judging table of pageants and talent competitions in and around the Parish of St James. She has been the National Director for World Championships of the Performing Arts since 2011. Each year she takes many Jamaican Singers, Dancers, Models and Actors to the World Championship of Performing Arts in Hollywood California as a part of Team Jamaica and return to Jamaica with many medals, trophies, scholarships and opportunities to perform in other countries.
Lisa in an avid movie watcher and goes to the movies at least once per week. She lives in Westgate Hills Montego Bay with her 4 sons, Owen Jr, Lee jay, Sidney and Ethan.
