Galina Poltoraka has been the president of the International Center of Talents since March 2003. She has been the National Director of the World Championships of Performing Arts (WCOPA) in 12 different countries, currently including Russia, Poland, Latvia, Kazakhstan, and Lithuania. Her teams are very successful, specially Russia which has won a multitude of medals and different awards every year.  She is a member of  Author and Publicist International Association.

Galina takes an active part to represent the talents from her countries around the world. The third Millennium has foregrounded a question of positive interaction between the states and non-governmental organizations.  The main target of the projects she works withis to give an opportunity to form healthy, progressive, moral and ethical normative;  to image a social hero among young generation; to develop confidence and orient to attain personal aims.

The programs of the Center  are international and the goal is to unalterably form panhuman values inside of youth conscience that advantages harmonist development of personality and friendship between the nations. She produce classical contest in Latvia "Rising Stars". 

She also produced some performances for the 200-years anniversary of Lermontov - his poem "Demon", concerts of Russian Stars- Festival of Rakhmaninov, Theater Festival for Young people and Children, and International project "100 towns for peace."

A prosperity of a person leads to the prosperity of the country.
