Pierre is Senior Director - Show Quality of the world-famous Cirque du Soleil.  Having been with Cirque since 1994, he is now headquartered in Las Vegas where he oversees the resident shows working with over 350 performers as well as the artistic coaching and medical staff to preserve the creativity and artistic integrity for which Cirque du Soleil is known.
