"Commercial Jazz Funk" - Dancing to the hottest pop track of the summer, "Rain on Me' by Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande, this workshop will focus on learning a fun, perfor-mance-based combo that includes elements of jazz and hip hop. Amy Morgan, an east coast native, is a professional choreographer and educator based in Los Angeles, CA. She has performed with Beyoncé at the 2010 Billboard awards as well as the 2014 MTV video awards and has traveled the world to places such as Shanghai and South Africa to teach and share her passion for dance. You can catch her regular heels class at the famed Millennium Dance Complex where you will be inspired and motivated by her uplifting teaching and fun, performance-based combos.



Darienne Arnold

"Agency Virtual Tour" - Explore the world of modeling through Darienne’s virtual tour into famed LA Models agency. Learn what to expect when you enter for and interview. Tips from model etiquette, cleaning up your social media, as well as the new normal after Covid-19. A once in a lifetime peek into the layout of the different divisions LA Models has to offer and how they are ran.

Darienne Arnold has over 35 years’ experience in the fashion industry. Not only worked as a top international model but also, actress, agent, and scout. Darienne facts:

1) Age 20 left her hometown with $200, knowing no one or the language, landed in To-kyo where she lived 10 years. She successfully modeled and successfully ran other businesses including a magazine.

2) At age 47 went back to school to start yet another of her many careers. Has a skin care business in Beverly Hills for the last 12 years with over 1,500 personal clients. "You can do whatever you want to do, the only person stopping you is you!!!"



Roger Del Pozo

The Art of the Audition" - A fully comprehensive audition Workshop which will focus on a variety of key concepts that performers can use to make the most of the Audition Pro-cess. Mr. Del Pozo will draw on his two decades in the business to discuss techniques that can help the performer audition successfully and book more roles. Roger Del Pozo is the Director of Outreach at the New York Film Academy. Mr. Del Pozo has taught guest lectures on 5 continents and has the pleasure of work-ing with students from all over the world, representing New York Film Academy's Visual and Performing Arts Programs. In addition to his work at NYFA, he was a Casting Direc-tor in New York for 12 years. In that time, he cast over a thousand television commer-cials, and many other projects, for some of the top Casting Companies and Advertising Agencies in New York City.

The WCOPA Songwriters Competition is open to all current and former WCOPA contestants, regardless of nationality or origin, as well as new applicants.

Employees of Worldstars International Inc. (Parent Company of WCOPA), employees’ families, subsidiaries and affiliates are not eligible.

If entrant is under 18 years old, the signature of a parent or guardian is required.


There is no limit to the number of entries you may submit. You are required to pay a separate entry fee for each entry. 


We are seeking a mid to up-tempo, fun, pop/dance song that expresses joy and is contagious. When you hear it, you just want to get your groove on! Think Bruno Mars, Justin Timberlake, or Pharrell Williams.


Entering online is very easy, and it only takes minutes. To enter online, please click here www.wcopa.com/virtual. When you enter online, you will enter a link to your song stored on YouTube or any other social media. Please make sure link stays active and will open when link is used.


The current entry fee is $75.00 (seventy five US dollars) per song.

You may also request a written critique of the song you submitted for an additional $75.00 per song. All critiques will be generated by music industry professionals. Our critique panel includes Grammy winning producers, recording artists and songwriters each of whom has a minimum of fifteen years’ experience in the music industry. Entries will be evaluated based on melody, rhythm, composition, lyric content and commercial appeal. As the winning song will be produced, arranged and recorded by a Grammy winning production team along with a group of all-star musicians and singers, musicianship and vocal ability will not be major considerations in the evaluation process.  

All fees are payable by Visa or Master Card online during the registration process. By entering you are agreeing all fees payments are nonrefundable and you will not charge back fees. 


All entries submitted must be original songs and shall not infringe any copyrights or any other rights of any third parties.

Songs may have multiple co-writers, but only one name as lead writer should be designated as the Entrant on the entry form when entering as a group. Make sure if you want to list other writers, you select group and list all contributors. When adding writers, producers and arrangers if applicable, please use complete legal name and not initials. If you are the sole writer you will enter as a solo writer.

Entrant shall, by entering, indemnify and hold WCOPA, WORLDSTARS International Inc., WORLDSTARS USA, Inc., and all third parties associated harmless from and against any claims inconsistent with the foregoing.

It is entrant's responsibility to ensure the submitted song(s) are complete and playable. WORLDSTARS International Inc. assumes no liability for submissions that are uploaded incorrectly or not playable.


March 1, 2021, 11:59 PM Pacific Time – WORLDSTARS International Inc. reserves the right to extend the entry deadline and increase or reduce entry fees for special promotions and/or entry deadline periods.  Finalist (those being considered for the Winner) will be announced April 2, 2021 and Winner Announced April 15, 2021. Additional social media awards will be awarded between March 1, 2021 and April 15, 2021.


Entries will be screened by a WORLDSTARS International, Inc. listening committee who will select the finalists, and the finalists will be sent to the judges who will select the winners.

The judging committee consists of high-profile music industry professionals including record label executives, producers and artists.

Songs are judged equally on melody, composition, originality, and lyrics. All lyrics should be in English.

Production value and quality of performance will not be considered as the song will be professionally arranged and produced for WORLDSTARS International, Inc. purposes.

All prizes will be awarded to the first name as it appears on the entry form, and division of prizes among co-authors, producers, arrangers is the responsibility of winners.

Entrant agrees to accept the final decision of WORLDSTARS International, Inc. and its judges.

The song entered cannot be owned in any part by a music publishing company (entrant must own 100% of the publishing rights to the song). 


Collaboration with a Grammy winning producer and other industry professionals.

Winner will receive a mastered copy of the professionally produced song.

A copy of the World Championships of Performing Arts Fan Video featuring your song.

The winning song will be commercially available for purchase, both on the WCOPA website as well as on over 150+ eRetailers across the globe.

Winner will receive fifty percent (50%) of publishing income after recoupment of production cost.

Invitation to Opening Ceremonies of the World Championships of Performing Arts where your song will be featured and you will be announced and awarded an official WCOPA plaque on stage.

If you are unable to attend you will be mentioned as part of the opening ceremonies script and again in credits.

Virtual Certificate will be awarded to Finalist and Winner.

All prizes are contingent on fifty song entries. You will be notified of any changes in the contest and offered a refund, if this occurs.



WORLDSTARS International, Inc. finalists April 2nd and winners in April 30th.

WORLDSTARS International Inc. will post all results at www.wcopa.com/virtual and at Facebook WCOPA Virtual. Winners will be notified by email. Entrant is responsible for providing up-to-date and correct email addresses to WORLDSTARS International, Inc. through the competition website and social media. WORLDSTARS, Inc. is not responsible for entrant's non-receipt of any WORLDSTARS International Inc. emails for any reason, including but not limited to, server or email malfunctions.

WORLDSTARS International, Inc. will use its best efforts to announce the winners at the designated time, but will not be held liable for any unforeseen delays.

Winners may be required to sign an affidavit confirming that winner's song is original and he/she holds rights to the song. Failure to sign and return the form within the required time period or providing false information may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Affidavits are subject to verification by WORLDSTARS International Inc. and its agents.

Entry constitutes permission to use winner's name, likeness, and voice for future advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

There will be no transfer and substitution of prizes except as necessary due to availability in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. If it is necessary to substitute a prize, WORLDSTARS International Inc. reserves the right to give the winner a cash substitute determined by the wholesale value of the prize.

All winners agree to release WORLDSTARS International Inc., WORLDSTARS USA, Inc. and sponsors from all liability regarding prizes won. All federal, state, and local taxes, and customs fees, when applicable, are the sole responsibility of winner.

WORLDSTARS International Inc. will not pay winners' taxes or custom's fees. Prizes will be sent out within a reasonable amount of time, and WORLDSTARS International Inc. will use its best efforts to send prizes out in a timely fashion.

Prizes which are being sent to winners from Sponsors may take longer than prizes sent directly from WORLDSTARS Inc. If after 180 days any winner has not received any portion of prizes, it is winner's responsibility to notify WORLDSTARS Inc. in writing within 30 days, and by certified mail, as to which prizes are outstanding. If winner fails to notify WORLDSTARS International Inc., WORLDSTARS Inc. will no longer be responsible for delivery of prizes.

Entrant acknowledges that all songs entered may be distributed to judges who will be selecting the winners, and Entrant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold WORLDSTARS International Inc., WORLDSTARS USA, Inc., its sponsors, associates and judges harmless for liability, damages, or claims for injury or loss to any person or property relating to, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, participation in the WCOPA Annual Songwriters’ Competition.

By entering the WCOPA Songwriters’ Competition, entrant and/or their parents or legal guardian (if such entrant is a minor) agree to accept and be bound by the decisions of WORLDSTARS International Inc. and its judges which are final and binding in all matters. Entrant agrees to be bound by all terms of these official WORLDSTARS International Inc. Rules and Regulations as established herein. 


WORLDSTARS International Inc. assumes all costs for the production, distribution, marketing and promotion of the winning entry and retains all rights, title and interest in the song’s master, in perpetuity.

Regarding the intellectual property, WORLDSTARS International Inc. will retain ownership of the publishing rights in the song with the songwriter(s) retaining ownership in the writer’s share of the song. Thus, all publishing income of the song will be split on a 50/50 basis. Fifty percent of income after recoupment of production cost associated, will be sent to the lead person on the submission. If registered as a group it will be the responsibility of the lead person to disburse according to your agreement with the other group members.

WORLDSTARS International Inc. will copyright the song, distribute the song commercially and will disburse any income that is due to the songwriters based on sales, licensing, etc. 


  1. WORLDSTARS International Inc. (WCOPA) Employees, Partners, Sponsors, their families, subsidiaries, and affiliates are not eligible to enter WCOPA Songwriters’ competition.

  2. The entry fee for each song submitted to the WCOPA Songwriters Competition is $75.00 USD.

  3. Songs must be submitted through www.wcopa.com/virtual

  4. Each song entry must be Entrant's original creation.

  5. Entries may have co-writer[s], but one name must be designated lead per entry.

  6. Songs should not exceed 5 minutes in length (5:00).

  7. Songs will be judged based on melody, composition, originality and lyrics.

  8. Prizes will be awarded to the Lead Entrant even with multiple named authors; division of prize is responsibility of named winner.

  9. Entry files must be as a link through the online entry form at . WCOPA SONGWRITERS COMPETITION is not responsible for any corrupt files or links not opening that you may submit. Any and all corrupt files or links not opening will be disqualified without notification to you.

  10. All submissions to this Competition must be fully submitted by specified deadline on .

  11. All entries are final and irrevocable. Once you have submitted an entry for this Competition you may not withdraw the entry.

  12. Fifty song entries must be received to conduct competition. If competition is determined not to have fifty entries, entrants will receive a refund.

  13. By entering the WCOPA SONGWRITERS’ COMPETITION - you hereby give consent to have your song posted to the WCOPA websites, social media platforms, or any equivalent streaming/distribution service where your works are available.

  14. Grand prize winner will be notified by email at the address provided, and must sign and return an affidavit of eligibility/publicity release within ten (10) days after the date of such notification.

The affidavit will state that the winner's song is an original work and that the winner holds all rights to the song.

Failure to sign and return this affidavit within ten (10) days, or the providing false/inaccurate information therein, will result in immediate disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.

Affidavits of winners under eighteen (18) years of age at the time of award must be countersigned by the winner's parent or legal guardian. Affidavits are subject to verification by WCOPA Songwriters’ Competition. 


  1. Prize winners may be asked to prove that the composition was created with legal, purchased software. Songwriters using illegal software are not eligible to win the WCOPA SONGWRITERS COMPETITION

  2. Entrants must be at least 10 years of age or older to enter this Competition.

  3. Entrants must provide true, accurate, current and complete contact and other information.

  4. You will be disqualified for false registration, making false claims, misrepresentation or any other conduct, action or activity that WCOPA SONGWRITERS COMPETITION, in its sole discretion, deems to be "cheating."

  5. Each song submitted must consist entirely of the Entrant’s original work. You will be disqualified for submitting any material for which you either do not solely own all worldwide copyright rights or have not obtained all necessary licenses, in proper form.

  6. Collaborative work among co-Entrants will be accepted, but all prizes will be awarded to the Entrant whose name is the lead name on the submission form. Division of prizes among co-Entrants is the sole responsibility of winners and the WORLD STARS SONGWRITERS’ COMPETITION shall have no liability for co-Entrants failure to divide prizes.

  7. If an entry created by multiple songwriters wins the Grand Prize, only one songwriter may claim the complete Grand Prize. The WCOPA SONGWRITERS COMPETITION is not responsible for selecting the single recipient of this prize.

  8. Closing and announcement dates for this Competition may change without notice to you. Such changes will be posted on www.wcopa.com/virtual.

  9. The WORLDSTARS International Inc. (WCOPA) may change these rules at any time, at the WORLDSTARS International Inc. (WCOPA) sole discretion, without prior notice to you.

  10. Entering this Competition does not grant you any right or license to use any the WCOPA SONGWRITERS COMPETITION material (i.e. logos, images, text, etc.), trademarks or other intellectual property of the WORLD STARS WRITERS COMPETITION for any purpose, without first obtaining the WORLDSTARS Inc. express written consent.

  11. Employees of the WORLDSTARS International Inc. (WCOPA) their sponsors, advertising agencies, affiliates, agents, representatives, and the families or households of the above are ineligible to enter or win the WCOPA SONGWRITERS COMPETITION.

  12. The selection of winners by the WCOPA SONGWRITERS COMPETITION and the judges are final and cannot be appealed.

  13. All Entrants acknowledge, as a condition of entry, that the WCOPA SONGWRITERS COMPETITION has the right to publicize and broadcast any winner's name, character, likeness, voice and all other matters incidental thereto.

  14. This Competition is void where prohibited.

  15. By entering this contest you hereby give consent to the recording, broadcast and promotion(s) of the reproduction(s) of the voice and music as part of the WCOPA SONGWRITERS COMPETITION. You also understand and agree to receive no compensation for appearances and participation in the WCOPA SONGWRITERS COMPETITION or promotion(s) of your works.

  16. By entering the WCOPA SONGWRITERS COMPETITION - you hereby give consent to have your song posted to WORLDSTARS International Inc./WCOPA websites, social media platforms or any equivalent streaming/distribution service where your works are available, YouTube or any other online service for promotional purposes only.

  17. If you are a Finalist the WCOPA SONGWRITERS COMPETITION reserves the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes.

  18. Artist's name and likeness may be used in advertising and promotional material for the WCOPA SONG WRITERS COMPETITION, but not as an endorsement of any product or service.

  19. By entering the WCOPA SONGWRITERS COMPETITION you are agreeing to any and all the rules and regulations governing the competition.



Congratulations you have successfully submitted your entry.   

The virtual platform you used was free.  Many of the people who contributed to bringing this opportunity to you, their jobs have been extremely affected due to Covid19. There are so many people who support WCOPA each year, who are now out of work because the live event was postponed.  Many are still supporting this project to make sure we give our WCOPA family a place to share their talent with the World.   

Through the International Worldstars Association, we will accept donations from those who care. Distribution of donations will be conducted by the IWA WE CARE committee.  

A donation is not required for entry into WCOPA 2020. However together we can help those in our industry affected by Covid19.
