The mission of the World Championships of Performing Arts is to provide international talent an unparalleled global inclusive platform where entertainers, in a nurturing environment, compare talents while networking with industry professionals to gain valuable experience and education. WCOPA fosters personal and professional growth by providing deserving individuals an opportunity to win continuing educational scholarships ensuring their further development in the entertainment industry.

Griff O’Neil

As the Chief Executive Officer, Griff O’Neil is responsible for the overarching vision and success of WCOPA, focusing on maximizing value and ensuring the event’s global reputation as the “Olympics of Talent.”

Gwen Wilson

Gwen Wilson oversees day-to-day operations, manages business and event logistics, and works closely with Vice Presidents and National Directors to streamline processes and uphold high standards.

Chuck Lorimer manages financial planning, reporting, and risk management, ensuring WCOPA’s financial stability and integrity in judging practices.

National Directors and International Reach

WCOPA’s global presence is achieved through a network of National Directors who manage contestant recruitment, event promotion, and adherence to guidelines in each participating country. National Directors represent WCOPA’s mission on an international level, providing talent across the world with access to this life-changing competition.

WCOPA International Selection Committee

The International Selection Committee (ISC) is integral to WCOPA’s mission of maintaining high competition standards. The ISC works closely with National Directors and scouts to select only the most talented and dedicated performers for the event, ensuring a level of excellence that resonates with WCOPA’s vision.
